Nice to see you on our forum! Sorry for a delayed answer.
FBI virus is considered one of the most dangerous threats spreading on the Internet at the moment, so there is no wonder why your anti-virus has missed this threat. However, are you sure that you have been updating this program constantly? And, are you aware that you should also be using anti-malware software to prevent ransomware like this one? Think about that.
To remove FBI warning from computer, first thing you must do is to unlock the system. For that you can use different options, so choose the simpliest for you:
* Try to access other accounts on your Windows system. If one of such accounts has administrator rights, you should be capable to launch anti-malware program.
* Try to deny the Flash to make your virus inactive. In order to disable the Flash, go to Macromedia support and select 'Deny': http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/help09.html. After doing that, run a full system scan with anti-malware program.
* Flash drive method:
1. Take another machine and use it to download anti-malware program.
2. Update the program and put into the USB drive or simple CD.
3. In the meanwhile, reboot your infected machine to Safe Mode with command prompt and stick USB drive in it.
4. Reboot computer infected with FBI virus once more and run a full system scan.
* Manual FBI warning removal (special skills needed!):
Reboot you infected PC to 'Safe mode with command prompt' to disable FBI virus (this should be working with all versions of this threat)
Run Regedit
Search for WinLogon Entries and write down all the files that are not explorer.exe or blank. Replace them with explorer.exe.
Search the registry for these files you have written down and delete the registry keys referencing the files.
Reboot and run a full system scan with updated anti-malware to remove remaining virus files.
As you can see, all these options include system's scan with an anti-malware program. We recommend using updated FortectIntego program.

my computer was ‘tagged’ while is was searching for online medication. I am certain the FBI and DEA are watching my every move now. My registers is locked and I have no idea wher to begin or if anything should be kept in my registery. Also is there a was to find out if someone is watching or recording anything while I am online. I thinkd I should smash the hell out for this computer with a slege hammer. Burn pieces and get rid them as well as obltaining a nes IP. I hate the government and how sneaky, unethical and nosey they are. They are controling everthing now. Is the plan I suggested above, my best bet?
