Functioning perfect, suddenly Firefox 18 crushed. At restarting everything was deleted, as options, frequently opened webs, etc. And appears as starting page the famous certified search toolbar. I have scanned with <Malwarebytes unsuccessfully; also with Avast. Instrution to remove manually in Google are too unfriendly for me. I am an acqainted user but this is too much. Many thans and regards

It seems that Certified toolbar keeps spreading around at the highest speed and you are one of those unlucky people who have been tricked into letting it in. In most of the cases, this toolbar gets inside the system by accident, when downloading freeware and shareware programs from unofficial and insecure sources. Of course, it can be prevented but only if you carefully check every installation window of any program. Keep in mind that!
In order to get rid of Certified Toolbar from your browser, you should firstly uninstall Certified Toolbar and any freeware which has been installed on the day when this toolbar came out on your browser. So, click 'Start menu' -> 'Control Panel' -> 'Uninstall a Program' or 'Add/Remove Programs' and choose 'Uninstall' button if you see the Certified toolbar in the list.
Additionally, you have to remove this toolbar from your browser (Mozilla Firefox in your case):
Open Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools -> Options -> General -> Startup. Now select 'Show a blank page' when Firefox Starts or set a certain website, like Google or similar.
Besides, check your computer with anti-malware program if you have been redirected to Search.certified-toolbar.com. This means that you might be infected.
