First of all, you should calm down. Ransomware attack is not the end of the world; even though loosing your files might look like it. The first thing you have to do is to remove Patcher ransomware from the computer. For that, you will need to install reputable malware removal tool and run a full system scan. Once the virus is wiped out from the system, you can try to restore your files using R-Studio or Data Rescue software.
