Help with Australian Federal Police Ukash virus
I can not acess safe mode on my computer (or any other options from that screen). I press F8 then the safe mode option, which loads to the login screen, but then only gives me the option of logging on as other user. I have tried current and past passwords and nothing happens. Any ideas?

Hello Bridget,
All these Ukash viruses keep updating, so it seems that you have the new version of AFP virus. However, you should definitely try to deny the Flash in order to make your ransomware stop. That’s the easiest way to disable this ransomware, so try it. . In order to disable the Flash, go to Macromedia support and select ‘Deny’: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/help09.html. After doing that, run a full system scan with anti-malware program.
If this doesn’t work, try to reboot your computer to Safe Mode WITH COMMAND PROMPT. If you can do that, use the flash drive method, which is given in this Australian Federal Police Ukash virus removal guide. Of course, you can use any of other option given in this guide.
Feel free to contact us again if this doesn’t work for you.
