Certified Toolbar

Hello,

So i was working on a school homework assigenment, and all of a sudden my internet closed out of everything and when i logged back onto my internet a certified toolbar thing kept popping up and then i found that spy hunter is supposed to delete it well guess what it didnt. I would either like a FULL refund OF my $40 or i would like you to take off this certified toolbar.
