There is no specific ad that you may see all the time. That is just an space for visual advertisements. Every single user can see different advertisements based on your browsing history. In this particular case, you have probably visited SpeedMaxPC website. The website marked you with a tracking cookie or another online tracking mechanism and now you may see SpeedMaxPC ads. Google has this feature called remarketing. Google some information about it and you will find why you see particular ads.
this may be based on your browsing history or it may be a virus that puts fake ads like “warning! your pc performance is slow” or “WARNING! Your pc is about to crash” so scan your computer (do not use avg it sucks) with an antivirus to make sure you do not have a virus.
