How to stop Nginx Virus?

nginx virus

I have what appears to be a normal Nginx virus damaging my google.com link – however whenever I apply the traditional fix of find & end processes/ deleted files, yada yada yada – none – absolutely none of the named processes/files can be found by either me or my computer.
Where am I supposed to go with this?

Follow these steps to remove your virus:
1. Run your computer in safe mode with networking
2. Reset Internet Explorer, then click Tools and find connections tab. Click on Lan Settings button.
3. Uncheck ?€?Use a proxy server?€? box.
4. Click OK several times, to close everything up.
5. Run a full system scan with Spyhunter to find and remove all infected files from your computer.
