Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding Cerber virus. It is a ransomware type virus, and ransomware attacks is a relevant topic nowadays. Unfortunately, ransomware are dreadful viruses, and it is almost impossible to do anything once such virus attacks the computer. The only way to recover your records is to import them from a backup device. If you do not have such one, there is hardly anything you can do.
We do not recommend paying the ransom to the cyber criminals who have sent this virus to you. It is very unlikely that they are going to do anything to help you; plus, we do not think that people should support cyber-criminals by paying the ransom they demand.
