I cannot get rid of WeDownload. I have tried continuously to uninstall and it is still on my computer., How can I get rid of this because it has brought a virus on my computer that I cannot get rid of.

First of all, it's important how this program appeared on your computer. If it infiltrated it in a bundle with some other application, you should make sure that you uninstall both applications from your computer. For that you can follow these instructions:
Click Start -> Control Panel -> Programs (or Add/Remove Programs) -> Uninstall a Program.
Here, look for WeDownload Manager and other recently installed applications, and select 'Uninstall/Change'.
Click OK to save the changes.
Additionally, you should uninstall WeDownload addons and extensions from your browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer). For that follow these steps:
Internet Explorer:
Open Internet Explorer, go ‘Tools‘ -> ”Manage Add-ons’ -> ‘Toolbars and Extensions’.
Here, look for WeDownload Manager and similar entries, and click 'uninstall'.
After that, change the start page.
Mozilla Firefox:
Open Mozilla Firefox, go ‘Tools’ -> ‘Add-ons’ -> ‘Extensions’.
Find WeDownload Manager and similar entries, and click ‘Uninstall’.
