First of all, try to disable other anti-virus and anti-spyware applications before you launch SpyHunter because it may interfere with those security applications. Usually, it can be done via a right click on the System Tray icon, so try doing that first of all.
In addition, if the program still stops and this happens during a scan, you should wait for another 30 minutes and continue a scan. If it’s still blocked, turn off the machine and repeat the scan after turning it back.
Thirdly, try rebooting your computer to Safe Mode with Networking first and continue your scan with SpyHunter or other security application.
Finally, you should don't forget that sometimes security applications fail to remove viruses because they mutate and change. As long as these changes are not included to Spyhunter’s or other security application's database, they will fail to fix your computer.
