Remove ANew Trojan. Removal instructions
Severity scale: (60 / 100)
RAT (Remote Administration Tool) is a virus, used by hackers to access and control other people's computers. All RATs function by the same principle: a hacker tries to infect his victim's machine with a "server" program, so that he can connect via a "client" on his machine. The abilities of RAT programs may vary, depending on hacker's needs. This particular virus uses some "trojan" abilities to infiltrate the victim's PC. And a "backdoor" function allows it to stay unnoticed in the system. It was created in February 2002.
ANew Trojan properties: • Allows remote user connection • Hides from the user • Stays resident in background
