Anits is a trojan that downloads malicious files and programs from the Internet, executes and secretly installs them into the system. Anits activity compromises a computer and severely decreases Internet connection speed. Once executed, the parasite installs its files into the default system directory (C:\Windows\System, C:\Windows\System32 or C:\Winnt\System32) and main Windows folder (C:\Winnt or C:\Windows). It also modifies the registry. Anits automatically runs on every system startup.
