AntiSpywareControl is a rogue anti-spyware program - a fake spyware removal tool, which disguises itself as a legitimate program. AntiSpywareControl infiltrates the system by using trojans, such as Zlob, and uses scare tactics (popups, fake system notifications) to convince the user that he is infected and should therefore AntiSpywareControl to remove the infection.

AntiSpywareControl is a clone of many others, which is a fact most apparent upon visiting the scam's homepage. AntiSpywareControl.com is registered to someone with the email "no_name_inc@yahoo.com" - hardly a credible company email address.

AntiSpywareControl is a scam and should be treated as such: do NOT download or buy it and block AntiSpywareControl.com using your HOSTS file.
