If you suspect that you have a virus on your pc/and or spyware that is causing it to be slow, lock up...and other issues, i recommend starting your computer in safe mode with networking, or just regular safe mode, then run your AV, or Anti-spyware software program.

To get rid of this software please get in touch with the Microsoft Free Telephone support through 1-866-727-2338. These guys work hard to fix these issues and also any kind of issues with either Vista or XP.
I tried calling them and they gave a best resolution within 20 minutes.

i was hit by this last night and it destroyed my hard drive and it cleared out my operating system had to do a full swap of my hard drive and restore my operating system...this virus plays with no one so be careful
