i am un able to get this to work due to the pop up from the antivirus 360. I can't get it downloaded fast enough...I'm almost unable to do anything with my computer, its so bad..

HELP. I can't keep the malware scanner that I downloaded open long enough to even start scanning..... this stupid av360 thing just closes me out.... now what do I do?

System Restore seemed to fix the problem, make sure you do a system restore to a date before the problem occured, probably best a few days before.

Start/All Programs/Accesories/System Tools/System Restore

I JUST GOT THIS VIRUS I WENTTO BEST BUY AND AFTER A FEW USEFUL HINTS FROM A GEEK SQUAD EMPLOYEE ...GO TO START MENU...CLICK ACCESSORIES...GO TO SYSTEM TOOLS..THEN PICK A SYTEM RESTORE DATE FROM THE CALENDER THATS SHOWN...SEEMS TO WORK FOR ME!

To go into safe mode, press F8 during startup until you see a list. use the arrow keys to select safe mode and press enter.

before using the the software to remove the antivirus 360, I went into task manager, processes, click on 360, and "end process". this will keep crap from popping up, then i used Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, a free software to remove the virus.

Safe Mode:

Thank you, I think everyone who owns a computer needs to know about this and how to remove it. A lot of people's systems could be harmed by this fake Antivirus.

Sytem restore works - Start- Program- Accrsories- System Restore-select date

I tried everything - this is the only one which works perfectly. Only thing be patient - sit through blank screens etc etc - whole process takes about 10 minutes. JSL
