Antivirus IS is a rogue security program from the same family as Security Suite and Antivirus Soft. It displays fake security alerts and reports fake malware infections to make you think that your computer is infected with all sorts of malware. Then it will prompt you to pay for a full version of the program to remove supposedly infected files from your computer. It goes without saying that such rogue software cant remove anything because it reports non-existent files as infections. Tried it, even in safe mode, did not find Antivirus IS. Found a tracking bug, but required you to purchase subscription for removal. This is not a free site.

Ran download three times, Antivirus IS never found and you are required to purchase s/w for removal. this is as bad as the virus you are trying to remove

I managed to remove it by choosing a restore point one day before this awful thing infected my PC. Start-up windows in safe mode and then select your restore point.
After restore and re-boot all works fine!
