AntiVirXP08 joins the endless list of corrupt security tools. It’s another rogue anti-virus manipulating name of Windows XP in order to appear more legitimate and reputable.

AntiVirXP08 (a.k.a. Anti Vir XP 08) is a malware employed to lure people into hands of scammers. It displays large numbers of fabricated security reports trying to scare people and make them buy full version of AntiVirXP08. Unfortunately, full version of Anti Vir XP 08 doesn’t exist. AntiVirXP08 it just a trick to rob money. This malware is also capable of slowing down a computer and internet connection.
