A newer improved version of the Autocrat RAT. It includes such new features as "trojan" and "backdoor" and that makes it even harder to detect this virus. This Chinese hacker software was created by Hei Bai Union group. It provides the attacker with a lot of nasty and dangerous abilities, such as controlling of victim's PC, crashing the system and stealing files and info. The programming language is Visual Basic, compressed with PECompact. The interface is written in Chinese. Appeared in the internet in August 2002.
