AutoStartup is a malicious program designed to download and silently install excessively large amount of different parasites and unsolicited advertising software. It can also update itself via the Internet. The threat is bundled with certain ad-supported products such as iMesh or Grokster file sharing applications. AutoStartup automatically runs on every system boot.
