All viruses of this type were designed to steal information. This particular Remote Administration Tool has a "downloader" function included. It can retrieve and install additional files from the victim's PC. The author is a hacker called P23h. To infiltrate the system, a "server" program is being placed in the victim's PC via the e-mail or the File and Print Sharing. The attacker can later connect to the infected machine via a "client" on his computer. New functions were added to this version. It uses "trojan" and "backdoor" abilities to infiltrate the system and stay there unnoticed. Warning: Back Construction 1.2 has a "virus creation tool" ability, allowing it to spawn hundreds of functioning viruses. Such viruses are often unnoticed by current scanners. The date of origin is June 1999.
