Many versions of Backdoor.BO2K can be found in the internet, but the main principle is always the same: the victim's PC is infected with a "server" program. A "backdoor" in the security is created by the "server", allowing the intruder to connect via a "client" program, installed on his PC. The functions of such viruses may vary, depending on the needs of the hacker. Variants appeared from October, 2000 to June, 2004.( Backdoor.BO2K.09.b, Backdoor.BO2K.10, Backdoor.BO2K.13.a)
