It means that every keystroke you do is being logged in a log file and later sent to the attacker. He can study this log in order to find passwords and bank account numbers. This nasty program can infect your machine via the e-mail, because it has "trojan" abilities. It originated in China, so the interface is written in Chinese. It was created in January 2000.
