The infection and contact with the attacker is performed using a loop in IRC security. This hacker tool allows the intruder to gain full control over the infected system. The virus is usually accompanied by the hacker program, Exec.exe, which hides Backdoor.Ohpass so that the victim cannot see that it is running. Only Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Me operating systems are affected by this pest. Users of Windows 3.x, Macintosh, OS/2, UNIX and Linux are not affected.
