Baiso manual removal:

Kill processes:
avpb.exe, novel.exe, realupdate.exe, winampb.exe
Delete registry values:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\msnnt
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\updatereal
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\baisob
Delete files:
avpb.exe, novel.exe, realupdate.exe, winampb.exe, dllhostb.dll, del[X].tmp
Delete directories:
C:\Windows\System\A4\baisob
C:\Windows\System32\A4\baisob
C:\Winnt\System32\A4\baisob
Misc:
[X] is a combination of random characters.
