This is quite a harmless trojan, which specializes in BAT-files. It writes itself in every file with the BAT extension. It also creates its copy in C:/CLSV.BAT. BAT.ClsV.475 uses DOS utility DOSKEY, that is why the CLVS.BAT file is executed each time the DOS command CLS is called.
