This trojan is a member of the BAT-trojans' family. BAT.Vir tries to sneak silently to the specific machine and waits for user to execute the main virus file. Once executed, this parasite starts searching for BAT-files in various directories. After all possible files are found, this pest changes these files by adding its code. This technique, which is common for the majority of batch-file infectors, is really simple and effective, that's why itâ€™s greatly recommended not to allow such trojans to infect any system.
