After infected by Best Malware Protection and removing it I still my Task Manaer did no start and I was not able to start any Anti Virus Software (like Microsoft Security Essentials)

I had to remove the following from the registry:

1.) delete the key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesExplorerDisallowRun

2.) Delete this Entry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionImage File Execution Options

and reboot then Task Manager starts again and you can start Anti Virus
