BESys is an annoying, but relatively harmless adware parasite that displays undesirable commercial advertisements in pop-up windows. It doesn't spread by itself and must be manually installed. Once executed, BESys drops its files and alters system configuration, so it could run on every Windows startup. Then it contacts a predefined web server and downloads a file containing addresses of pop-up advertisements.
