The author of this RAT is a hacker called ThE WaRriOr AnGelS. It was
written in Visual C++. Several variants appeared from May 2001 to
august 2001. The main purpose of this program is virtual hooliganism,
but however it can also steal files from the infected machine.

From the publisher:

"two files, one for the victim (the host) and the other, the remote
controller for the hacker. Execute on the host computer the file
'Iex32dll.exe' and that's it ! Once done, you just have to launch on
your computer the controller, 'BlackAngel.exe', and to write the host's
IP address. Connect the host & play ! Black Angel can do a lot of
action on the host : Shutdown, Reboot, Get & Put files, Send Text,
Disable Mouse and Keyboard, Swap Mouse Buttons, Play A Sound, Change
desktop wallpaper, Goto an URL, Open/Close CDRom"
