3. Go to the 'Reset Internet Explorer settings' → 'Delete personal settings' and click on 'Reset' option.

Mozilla Firefox:
1. Open Mozilla Firefox, go to the 'Help' section → 'Troubleshooting Information'.

Google Chrome:
