BlockWatcher is a misleading application that will do all its best to scare and confuse you into believing that your computer is infected with malware. In order to achieve its goals, Block Watcher will report false system security threats or infections and display fake security warnings/notifications. Then the rogue program will prompt you to pay for a full version of the program to remove the threats which actually do not even exist. Do not bay this program and uninstall BlockWatcher from your PC as soon as possible if it is already infected.

BlockWatcher is from the same family as Shield Safeness, Soft Stronghold, Soft Veteran and many others. All rogue programs from WiniSoft family use the same graphical user interface. The home page of this bogus product is also almost identical to those used by other rogue programs from this family. When running, BlockWatcher will flood your computer with fake security alerts claiming that your computer is seriously infected or under attack by an Internet Virus. To make things even worse, this infection will block anti-virus software and security related websites to protect itself from being deleted.
