Worm Britney is a simple Internet parasite, written in Visual Basic Script language. It spreads by e-mail in messages with infected attachments and through IRC channels. The worm requires system component ActiveX to work. If it is enabled, Britney runs spreading routine. It uses Microsoft Outlook mail program and mIRC chat client to distribute itself to other users.
