THis RAT is a NetBus trojan password cracker. Its prime function is
scanning IP blocks for NetBus trojans. It allows the hacker to change
captured passwords. The author is a hacker called Lee Brothers. Several
variants, such as Bus Conquerer 1.2 and Bus Conquerer 1.3 appeared in
the internet from December 1998 to July 2004. The infection peaked in
the United States.

"This program is specially designed for Netbus 1.53 and 1.60.
It is a Netbus based trojan password hacking program.
To me, it is similarly a "I Come, I See, I Conquer!" trojan take-over
'educational' software.
