ByteDefender Security 2010 is a rogue anti-spyware program that gives false reports of threats on the computer and then prompts to pay for a full version of the program to remove the infections or make the computer more secure. The rogue program is promoted mostly through the use of Trojans and fake online anti-malware scanners.
