ChatBlocker is a commercial spyware program designed to record chat conversations. It also has the ability to prevent certain applications from running and disable system tools and services. ChatBlocker must be manually installed. It comes with the functional uninstaller. Although this program is not an actual parasite, it can be used by hackers for obvious malicious purposes.
