Covenanteyes. How to Remove? (Uninstall Guide)

removal by - -   | Type: Keyloggers
From the publisher:
'When people of all ages are on the Internet, there is very little accountability in regards to knowing where, when and how long they have been on the Internet. While filters can provide some help, they can also block acceptable web sites, creating frustration. Filters can also be turned off or bypassed, rendering them ineffective. The Covenant Eyes Program removes the secrecy and privacy of using the Internet. Covenant Eyes promotes self-control and personal discipline, and the individual is held accountable in their Internet use.
Many find that overcoming sin and temptation is virtually impossible on their own. Developing a relationship with another person is the best way of obtaining help. When you sign up for The Covenant Eyes Program, you are asked to provide the names of two 'Accountability Partners' (only one is required, but we recommend two).
An 'Accountability Partner' is simply a person with whom you have an accountable relationship. Ask a friend, spouse, pastor, or counselor to be your Partner. Then, on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, they will receive an accountability log which will be a record of all of the sites you visited, including the web addresses and amount of time you were on the Internet. This log is e-mailed to your Accountability Partner.' Covenanteyes properties:
• Logs keystrokes
• Connects itself to the internet
• Hides from the user
• Stays resident in background

I want to unsubscribe to Covenant Eyes and dont see how to do it?
Also performs DNS man in the middle attack on the installed computer- all DNS resolution is performed by servers chosen by the program.
As far as I know anyone can apply to covenant eyes for an uninstall code the one who installed it will just be notified that it was uninstalled
A crazy ex-girlfriend installed this software on two computers. paid the service for a month and kicked the guy out without the pw to uninstall. This software may have good intentions but it can easily be abused.
Subscription based. The only way I can forsee this being a problem is purchasing a computer with this installed on it.
Spybot didn't help me much considering that it doesn't let you scan your computer without an upgrade from the internet. Which is blocked
Covenant Eyes does not log keystrokes. Also, it is not completely hidden from the user - a splash screen announces its presence on booting, and also there is an icon in the taskbar; it requires logging in with a username/password, although there is an autologin option.
Created by a religous organisation. Seems to require voluntary installation of the software to monitor your visited internet sites.
