This is a simple Internet worm, which spreads mostly in IRC channels. It infects pIRCh chat client and uses this program to replicate infected files in IRC networks. It also may try to spread using Microsoft Outlook mail program. CryptPirch is relatively harmless and doesn't damage an infected system.
