This RAT program was designed especially for US law enforcement
agencies, US Intelligence agencies and US Military agencies. It is a
wery dangerous and powerfull spyware tool, because it was created not
by a group of amateurs, but by the Codex Data Systems. Originated in
February 1998. It can log keystrokes and collect vital user info.
