It has such functions as open/close CD-rom, ICQ kill, reboot, play sound, etc. Some versions also include a "flooder" function. It was written in Delphi programming language. The author is a hacker called Sexyboy19. Variants of this pest (Devil 1.3) appeared from September 1998 to September 2001.
