A RAT program designed especially for virtual hooliganism. It features a lot of nasty commands, such as open/close CD-rom, freeze computer, turn off/on monitor, etc. The author is Rootbeer Man. Originated in July 2000. The virus infects Windows 95/98 operating systems. It also has a "flooder" ability. It means that the attacker can create a DoS attack by continuous fast pinging causing the internet connection to slow down or freeze.
