Dpevflbg Toolbar is a clone of the notorious Zlob trojan, and, like it's predecessor, has the purpose of promoting rogue anti-spyware programs. Dpevflbg Toolbar infects the PC by disguising itself as a video codec and displays popups and fake system notifications, supposedly to inform the user of an infection. This infection is most likely non-existent, but does it's job of misleading the user quite well.

Dpevflbg Toolbar is a real threat and should therefore be removed upon detection.
