Eazel Search virus | Type: Browser Hijackers

Eazel Search virus is a browser hijacker, which can cause annoying search results redirections to Search.eazel.com, Eazel.com or other related websites. As soon as it infiltrates its target PC, it typically works on altering various system's settings and can easily hijack start page, default search engine and new tab page. If you suffer from redirections to Search.eazel.com or similar search site, your default search results will be redirected, so be aware that you may receive altered search results that promote speciffic domains. Besides, just like many other unfair search engines, it may be used by its owners to track users in order to get more information about their browsing habits. No matter that it looks safe and trustworthy, you should check your PC for Eazel Search virus once you start suffering from browser's redirections to search.eazel.com.

HOW CAN I GET INFECTED WITH Eazel Search virus?

Eazel Search virus is spread just like any other browser hijacker. Typically, it may enter your machine via spam or after visiting illegal website. Besides, it may also infiltrate your computer in a bundle with Eazel Smartbar, Eazelbar Helper or any other freeware. That's why security experts recommend avoiding such applications, or checking each of installation windows at least. Once you see an option: 'Make search.eazel.com my homepage' or similar, uncheck it! If Eazel Search virus manages to get inside your computer, it affects every Internet browser, which can be found there. You should immediately check your PC for this redirect virus if you find Search.eazel.com instead of your start page, default search engine and new tab page. We recommend scanning the system with updated SpyHunter, which should remove Eazel Search virus at once.
