EggHead Trojan is a dangerous backdoor trojan, which specializes in infecting different PCs by sneaking into them through IRC networks. This usually happens after a careless user follows some suspicious links or simply accepts unknown file transfer proposal. Once this had happened, EggHead Trojan can easily start performing its destructive actions, which vary from providing the hacker with a partial access to the infected machine (this usually results in the loss of private and confidential data, such as passwords) to downloading other destructive parasites and installing them onto infected computer.

tcpsvcs.exe is using 80-99% CPU Usage, but none of the other processes are running (cept services.exe which i cannot end the process). When I looked for it in the sys registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesEvents
the Events subsection was not there.
I have found no other reasons for tcpsvcs.exe to abuse cpu usage except the EggHead trojan.
Another thing I cannot activate Security Center.
When I try to activate ICS i get Error 1068: Dependency service failed
