This is a Remote Administration Tool (RAT), used by hackers for gaining access to distant PCs. This RAT was designed to infect the system via the ICQ protocol. It originated in June 2000. The author is a hacker called EvilGoat. Once in the system, the virus opens a default TCP port and awaits commands from the intruder. He can connect to the infected PC via a client program.
