ExtSecurityCenter is a rogue anti spyware application. This rogue can enter the system in two ways, either using Trojan viruses or it can be downloaded and installed manually from certain harmful website which executes pernicious scripts. The main goal of this parasite is actually the same as other fake spyware removers - to trick money from credulous people.

In order to scare users, Ext SecurityCenter performs fake system scan and reports various bogus results. The purpose of such a fake scan is of course to frighten user and make him believe that his computer is seriously infected. Ext Security Center floods the system with pop-up windows and alert notices about fake infections and security problems. As usual ExtSecurityCenter trial version can only detect infections. Removal can not be completed with trial version because of several restrictions. Further, user is advertised to buy a full version of this useless product if he wants to remove those infections and protect his PC against other threats. Of course the last-mentioned method is probably the worst way of infections removal, because ExtSecurityCenter is an infection itself and must be removed from the system without hesitation after detection.
