"Fatal Error!" pop up is a phony alert notice from rogue anti-spyware WinCoDecPRO. It claims that media system is corrupted and has to be updated immediately to resolve the issue. The alert message reads:

"ERROR. Fatal Error! The media system on your computer is corrupt. Update your video codec immediately to resolve the issue."

Simply closing the "Fatal Error!" pop up window won't help you to get rid of this insistent alert message. It will definitely pop-up again disturbing user's work flow.
