This RAT program was written in Delphi programming language. Variants of this pest (Gibbon.A, Gibbon.B) appeared in the internet from June 2001 to July 2004. This hacker tool was designed to allow the intruder unauthorized remote control over the infected PC. A RAT program works by a simple but effective principle: the hacker infects the machine with a "server" program via the e-mail or File and Print Sharing system and can control it, using a "client" on his computer.
