GURL Watcher is a commercial spyware program that tracks user activity in the Internet and sends gathered data to a configurable e-mail address. GURL Watcher must be manually installed. It runs on every Windows startup. The program comes with the uninstaller. However, you shouldn't use it, because it may corrupt certain system settings.
