Worm Hard spreads in the Internet by e-mail. It comes as an attachment to messages. These messages may look like as security advisories from well-known antivirus company. When a user opens an attached file, the worm starts its spreading routine. It uses Microsoft Outlook mail program to send e-mails to addresses found in a system. It also changes the default start page of Internet Explorer web browser to the fake one. Once per year it may display a message which discloses its presence in a system. Hard doesn't harm an infected computer and spreads from it only once.
