HDD Defragmenter is a rogue computer error repair and optimization tool that reports fake Windows registry errors, hard drive and memory problems. This fake program is from the same family as System Defragmenter. It will pretend to scan your hard drives and memory for problems. Then it will list numerous problems and will prompt you to buy a license of HDD Defragmenter in order to fix the errors. In reality, though, these errors and problems do not even exist. HDD Defragmenter uses a typical scheme on how to scare users into thinking that their computers are infected with malware or has some sort of errors/problems. Do not fall victim to this rogue program and do not purchase it. If you find that your computer is infected then please use the removal instructions outlined below.
HDDDefragmenter can be removed from the computer either manually or with an automatic removal tool given below. One way or another, you will have to end the main processes of this rogue program first. Otherwise, you won't be able to delete the files or use our removal tool. You need to open task manager or Process Explorer and end the following processes: winsp1up.exe and [random].exe. If you can do this in normal mode then reboot your computer in safe mode with networking and try again. Once installed, HDD Defragmenter will display a fake a error message with the following text:

Ram Temperature is 83 C. Optimization is required for normal operation.
Data Safety Problem. System integrity is at risk.
